Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
If you're unsatisfied with your session, please reach out to us directly to discuss your experience. Coaching is not covered under Teachable’s 30-day refund policy, so all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated by the coach.
How do I schedule my appointment?
After purchasing, you'll receive instructions on the thank you page including a scheduling link, pre-questionnaire and steps to prepare for your session.
Can I purchase coaching more than once?
Yes! Many clients return for follow-up sessions. If you'd like continued support, you're welcome to purchase again anytime.
